Blue is such a beautiful color, isnt it?

The sea is blue, the sky is blue, the blue monarch butterfly is blue.

And so is my heart.

Whose isnt anyway, especially in today's chaotic world?

Feeling blue is not necessarily bad;

It shows that you are tender, that you are feeling, that you are hurting.

Most importantly, that you are HUMAN.

This collection is all about these feels and more. Its been a blue summer.

Welcome to the Land of Resonating Souls!

I create each Statement Ghosts individually, using a variety of premium quality ceramic clays.

They are specifically crafted to resonate with us, the mortals.

Each ghost that you feel connected to reflects a fragment of your life on this 3rd rock from the Sun.

They resonate with your feelings, thoughts, and experiences in this life.

These artisan souls, once homed, will haunt your place forever with their great sentimental presence.

And since each one is exclusively handmade, only you have the ghost you take home.

How are Statement Ghosts made?

All Statement Ghosts are uniquely hand-built from scratch, taking a long journey from a lump of ceramic clay from this earth to the final beautiful piece.

These sculptures are purely hand-built by Gulcin, the artist and the solo-preneur behind the brand. She's the creative soul running this all, even the website.

Upon sculpting, these souls are fired in the electric kiln at least twice for 20+ hours and up to 1250°C.

So it takes long hours of labor and patience from the idea stage to the finishing of the end product.

As a result of this meticulous labor and heat work, they are meant to last for ages and ages.

[That's how we still excavate solid ceramic artefacts from the very early ages of human life on earth.]

Every ceramic piece I create is a reflection of my deep care and kindness and intends to resonate with fellow humans.

    Crafted from premium quality stoneware or porcelain clay and fired at just the right temperature, my ceramic ghosts are built to live a very long life while retaining their beauty over time. That's why they stand strong against other products made of materials like plaster or resin.

    I retain a mindful approach while creating each piece and therefore do not mass produce any of my designs. With the intentional energy I bring to each ghost, I craft slowly, with respect for the materials and the process. I pour much care and focus into every stage, from shaping the clay to the final glazing and firing and this thoughtful creation ensures not only a lasting piece but one filled with intention and artistry.

    Every ceramic piece I create is crafted with the planet in mind. From sourcing eco-friendly materials to firing processes designed to minimize waste, I strive to make my work as kind to the Earth as it is beautiful. Each piece is lovingly packaged in recyclable materials, ensuring that every step of the journey respects the environment.

    As of 2025, 5% of the profits from each collection will go toward charities that provide care for disadvantaged communities and animals.
