Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. If your location is not on the country list, please notify me via the contact form.

Are you open for commissions/custom designs?

From time to time, I accept custom sculpture requests but this highly depends on my monthly workload. You can contact me via the contact form or send a message on Instagram to check for the availability of my time.

Can I reserve a piece?

I do not reserve pieces for anyone. To make it a fair opportunity to have a ghost, I announce my shop updates via subscriber emails and on Instagram before the day of the release. All items are based on a first-come first-serve basis. If you do not wish to miss a favorite, please subscribe to the email list below and turn on post and story notifications on Instagram. If you miss your favorite, drop a message for me and I can let you know if I can remake it for you. No guarantees that I will have the time though and the creation time required for the new piece is 4-6 weeks (basically works like a preorder).

I had an item in my cart but when I tried to pay, it said sold out. 

Unfortunately, Shopify does not hold the piece for you while you type your information. It is only sold once the payment is through. If someone gets to it before you, it will show up as sold out and I have no control over it. To fasten this process, you can create an account on my page and have all of your shipping and payment information saved before the release so you don't have to spend the extra time adding it in.

Are you still making the ghosts that you made in the past?

Yes. I occasionally rotate between my designs when I feel the same feelings again or when its season arrives. But I am one tiny me in my studio sculpting these souls so I can not make everything all the time. If you wish to see a design back, let me know by sending a message via the contact form or on Instagram and Ill try to squeeze it for the next batch of firing. Payment needs to be done ahead.  

How much are the ghosts?

All of my ghosts are hand-built ceramic sculptures that take several weeks to complete from start to finish. The price range depends on the material used, the time spent designing it, and which other extra processes are applied to them. For the gold-detailed ghosts, I use a real 22K gold finish unless stated otherwise. The gemstones used in the sculptures are real authenticated and ethically sourced crystals. All ghosts are hand sculpted and after drying for days, they are are fired higher than 1000°C (at least twice), and then the gold embellishments, if any, are applied and refired again. All these firings last for more than 24 hours in total (and use electricity all the while).

Taking into account this heavy work of labor and heart, the regular-sized ghosts (5-7cm) range between €80-180. Sometimes tiny souls call for me and they are priced €50-75. Bigger makes or more time- and labor-consuming creations can go up to €190-250. Considering that each item is literally one of a kind and a product of pure hand-labor from scratch using no moulds, I think these prices are quite low in essence. 

The prices are final and no extra VAT applies for overseas.

Exception: A compulsory %9 VAT for art pieces applies to the shipments within the European Union and local taxes by your country may apply.

I purchased a ghost. What happens next?

It takes 1-3 days for me to prepare and ship your order. Here is a list of estimated delivery times after I dispatch your ghostie:

  • UK : 4-7 days 
  • US : 7-10  days
  • Europe : 2-7 days
  • Canada : 7-14  days
  • Australia : 7-14 days
  • Rest of the world: 14-21 days

Shipping estimates depend heavily on international transit and customs processing times. Please bear in mind that, I do not have any control over the procedures after I dispatch the items. 

Postal service: I use the Netherland's National Postal Service: PostNL. You can track your order here with the tracking number I sent to your email. After it crosses the borders of your country, your national postal service handles the process and you can check it from their tracking service.

If you would like to receive your item faster, please send me a message to arrange a priority/first-class parcel delivery. Please bear in mind that the cost of this service needs to be covered by your end. 

Also note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and this is not included in the prices.

I am unhappy with my purchase. Can I get a refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your piece, you can return it for a full refund (Reshipping fee will be paid by you). You can return the item for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in the exact condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, undamaged. If your item arrives broken, send me a photo of the box and the item and we'll discuss about what how you'd like to proceed: a refund or a remake.
