Custom and personalized orders

Are you still making the ghosts that you made in the past?
Yes. I rotate between my ghost designs so I do not get bored. I am one tiny me behind the desk pinching these souls so I can not make everything every time but if you wish to see a design back in the next release, let me know by sending a message to info@statementghosts.com so I can include them in my making list for you.
How much are the ghosts?
All of my ghosts are handbuilt sculptures that take several hours to complete from start to finish. The price range depends on the material used, the time spent designing it, and how much gold or other extra processes are applied to each item. For the gold-accented ghosts, I use a real 22K gold finish. The gemstones used in the sculptures are real authenticated crystals. All ghosts, after hand sculpting them, are fired twice over 1000 degrees Celsius and then the embellishments, if any, are applied.
Taking into account this heavy work of labor and heart, the prices range between €75-100.
Shipping costs €10 within EU and the UK, while it is €15 for overseas. A small surcharge applies when the total weight of the package exceeds 500g (approx > 3 ghosts).
An additional compulsory %9 VAT for art pieces applies to the shipments within the European Union.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping, free of charge. If your location is not on the country list, please notify me: info@statementghosts.com.
Can I reserve a piece?
I can not reserve pieces. To make it a fair opportunity to have a ghost by announcing my shop updates via subscriber emails and on Instagram a week leading to the day of the sale. It is based on a first come first serve basis, unfortunately. If you do not wish to miss a favorite, please subscribe to my email list below and turn on post and story notifications on Instagram.
All of your products appear as sold out?
Yes, it is because I am sold out at the moment. I release my work every month in very small batches and announce the date of the release over the email list and on Instagram. The items tend to sell out very quickly (10-15 mins). If you missed out on an item, please send me a message. I occasionally offer pre-order slots for the instantly-sold-out items and announce them so make sure turn on notifications for my Instagram posts and stories.
I had an item in my cart but when I tried to pay, it said sold out.
Unfortunately, Shopify does not hold the piece for you while you type your information. It is only sold once the payment is through. If someone gets to it before you, it will show up as sold out and I have no control over it. To fasten this process, you can create an account on my page and have all of your shipping and payment information saved before the release so you don't have to spend the extra time adding it in.
I purchased a ghost. What happens next?
It takes 1-3 days for me to prepare your order from the release. Preorders require 2-3 weeks of creating before the dispatch occurs. Here is a list of estimated delivery times after I dispatch your ghostie:
- UK : 5-8 days
- US : 7-10 days
- Canada : 7-10 days
- Australia : 7-10 days
- Europe : 4-6 days
Shipping estimates depend heavily on international transit and customs processing times. Please bear in mind that, I do not have any control over the procedures after I ship the items.
I use the PostNL. You can track your order here with the tracking number I sent to your email.
Also note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and it is not included in the prices.
I am unhappy with my purchase. Can I get a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Reshipping fee will be paid by you). You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
